Description of holiday home Casa Anna
The holiday home is nice, light and tastefully furnished. A living room with a fireplace – which is no longer in use -, an open kitchen equipped with everything you need. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with private bathroom and air conditioning. For the cooler winter months there is central heating in this holiday home, and for the summer months there is of course the nice swimming pool with outdoor bar with sink and refrigerator. You will always find a place in the garden to enjoy your well-deserved holiday.
Surroundings of Casa Anna
Close to Casa Anna, there are several supermarkets for your daily provisions. In the area there are several beaches and coves including the one at Moraira, of which El Portet is the most popular. The many beautiful coves of Javea invite you to go snorkeling! Would you rather visit a city? Moraira is a lively town, about a 15 minutes walk, with nice shops, restaurants, a harbor, and daily night market. Old Altea is a cozy village with small streets with shops, restaurants and in the evening a square full of stalls. Guadelest is one of the beautiful mountain villages in the area with a beautiful view of the azure blue lake and the surrounding area. And for those who fancy a swim under a waterfall, a visit to Algar should not be missed.
Layout of this holiday home in Moraira
Ground floor: bedroom for 2 persons with private entrance and spacious bathroom. When staying with 7/8 people, extra beds will be placed here. First floor: living room with large table for 8 people with access to the terrace, on which you can also find a large table for 8 people, sitting area with TV, spacious kitchen. Bedroom with double bed, large closets and bathroom. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed, large closets and private bathroom incl. washing machine. The kidney-shaped swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) has an outdoor bar with refrigerator and sink. There are also sun loungers with parasols.

• The nearest airport is Alicante (ALC) at about an hour’s drive. Valencia Airport (VLC) is a 1 hour and 20 minutes drive.

Geweldig huis op een mooie locatie.
Casa Anna overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Mooi gelegen in een rustige wijk, op loopafstand (20 min) van het dorp en strand, een heerlijk zwembad en binnen in het huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de keuken is uitgerust met al het gerei dat je nodig hebt met daarbij een hele lade vol kruiden en schoonmaakspullen. De slaapkamers zijn ruim opgezet en voorzien van goed werkende en stille airco’s. Ons enige minpuntje was dat de ramen niet verduisterd konden worden. Het zwembad is groot en loopt in diepte af van ongeveer 1m tot 2m. Dit was voor ons fijn om met kleine kinderen te zwemmen. Wij hebben het contact met de huiseigenaren als zeer prettig ervaren.
