Villa Margarita is located 5 minutes by car from the center of Moraira and the beach L’Ampolla and 7 minutes from the beach El Portet. This charming house with a beautiful palm garden and swimming pool has been recently renovated and has a modern and bright interior, and is located in a residential area.
Description of Villa Margarita in Moraira
Living room with fireplace and dining area in the conservatory, fully equipped open kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom are located on the 1st floor, which also has a terrace. On the ground floor, accessible from the outside, there is a third bedroom available with an attached bathroom, WiFi is available free of charge and the central heating makes this house a very cozy place even on winter evenings. You can relax in the garden by the pool. There are several seating and lounge areas and one of them also has a fridge for refreshing drinks. Two mountain bikes are available to you. Villa Margarita is located on a dead end road and because of the wall around the house there is no view into the garden.

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Villotel in Teulada near Moraira. The marina, the center of Moraira and playa de l’Ampolla can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Plenty of opportunities for golf and of course water sports nearby. Visits to Jávea, Altea and also inland Guadalest are recommended.
