This holiday home is a penthouse, top floor of a low-rise complex of three floors, with a 130 m2 terrace, a few steps from several beautiful beaches. You literally only have to cross the road to reach, for example, Playa de Pava, Playa de Nares or Playa de BahÃa. These beaches are still devoid of mass tourism and have authentic Spanish restaurants, quiet coves and beautiful viewpoints. The penthouse has been furnished by the owner, who also owns a home decor shop in the village; the interior is modern yet cosy, and extremely tasteful.
Layout of Penthouse Playa
The penthouse is located on the second (top) floor of a detached building. The penthouse has a spacious terrace of over 130 m2 at the front (street side) and at the rear. On the back terrace you will find a dining area for 8 people, a hammock, lounge sofas and sunbeds. In Penthouse Playa you will find a large fully equipped kitchen – with wine fridge 🙂 – a cozy living room with electric fireplace. The holiday home also has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with 2 beds of 90×200 cm. In total there are 3 bathrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a double shower. Each room has air conditioning, and beach towels are provided for you. You can also use some beach chairs, an umbrella and a cool box for the beach.
Surroundings of Penthouse Playa
If you wish, seek out the entertainment of Puerto de Mazarron to the east, or beautiful and quiet coves such as Punte Negra or Cala Leño to the west. Within an hour you can reach Murcia, the capital of the province, with its cathedral, monasteries and castle, and beautiful museums and squares. But with the beautiful beaches around the corner, relaxation and enjoyment is already guaranteed.
Tip from La Taha
During a stay at Penthouse Playa, an evening or afternoon of enjoying real paella is a must. You will find the tastiest at Beachclub Banglore a stone’s throw from the penthouse.
Remarks
- Alicante airport (ALC) is 1.5 hours away. Almeria (LEI) is 1 hour and 45 minutes from the holiday home.
- The owners kindly ask you to pay a deposit of € 200 upon arrival, which you will receive back on departure, provided the penthouse is left in good condition.
- The price is excluding cleaning costs of € 100 per stay.
- Small, calm dogs allowed after consultation.
