The location of Casa Cha Cha is unique, and therefore has an amazing view all around, from the dining room you can see the Moorish castle of Iznajar, the lake and the (possibly snow-capped) peaks of the Sierra Nevada.

This detached holiday home with swimming pool is located near Iznájar in the province of Córdoba. Casa Cha Cha is a bungalow with 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ideal vacation spot for two couples. Casa Cha Cha is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and is fully equipped to ‘be in touch’ with the surroundings during your stay. The bungalow has large windows, which is unique to Spain, so you can enjoy the view from anywhere from the living room. The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, of course you can also choose to ‘light’ the electric barbecue and enjoy the evening outside; the setting sun will not disappoint.

Iznájar with its typical Spanish streets is just a few minutes from this holiday home, the village has several good restaurants and bars. The beach by the lake is ideal for a day of windsurfing or sailing, and pedal boats can also be hired from the campsite. In nearby Rute you will find several nice museums, which make a day to this village very worthwhile. If you really want to go out for a day, Casa Cha Cha is located in the center of Granada, Cordoba and Malaga, all 3 cities can be reached in about an hour.
Layout Casa Cha Cha
You enter the living room with open kitchen and dining area, on either side of the living room is a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and very spacious walk-in shower. The living room has a pellet stove for the winter and air conditioning for the hot summer days. Your private terrace with a shady dining area, comfortable sun loungers and your own plunge pool of 3 by 3 meters is wrapped around the house. The roof of Casa Cha Cha forms a spacious roof terrace with artificial grass. Behind your holiday home, accessible by stairs, you will find the large swimming pool of the owners, which you can also use if you wish; this is a shared pool. The English owners also live on the property, but due to the height differences and the placement of the terraces, you won’t even notice they are there.
