Description of your holiday home in Andalusia
Bright with large windows and modern furnishings with all the amenities you could wish for, including free WiFi. From all areas at the front of the house you have access to the covered terrace. And for a possible 9th to 10th person there is a guest house, with extra bedroom and bathroom, which is only accessible from the outside. Thanks to good insulation and the wood-burning fireplace, a wonderful stay even in winter. In short, lovely family home in a beautiful central location. And the private swimming pool (3.5 x 8m) makes it complete!

Located near the quiet village of Fernan Parez where you will find a shop and an authentic bar/restaurant. 15 minutes by car from Las Negras: nearest beach and town with more restaurants, terraces. Beautiful beach of El Playazo at 20 minutes. Agua Amarga can also be reached in 15 minutes via a shortcut.
