Villa Gual is a delightful holiday home near the peaceful village of Búger, and testifies to the owners’ wish to keep their holiday home in a traditional and rustic style, with tasteful modern touches, with an eye for the comfort of the guests at all times.
Set in beautiful mature gardens, the villa is secluded from the other houses on the estate and has its own parking space and a large lawn to the front and side designed for children to make the most of their holiday.
Description of Villa Gual
The main house’s spacious interior is bursting with rustic charm, with exposed ceiling beams and stone walls. There is nice soft lighting, and quality furnishings.
The two separate bedrooms in the main house are spacious and comfortable; one with an en-suite shower room and for the second bedroom there is a separate full bathroom. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a large living-dining room with comfortable sofas.
Outside there is a studio with another double bed on a mezzanine accessible by a wooden staircase, and a toilet with sink. The studio also has a lounge area with a sofa and a wood burning stove. The swimming pool (5×10 meters) can be closed off and has a wonderful shallow entry.
Direct surroundings of Villa Gual
The holiday home is located in the countryside not far from Buger and the larger Sa Pobla. Beaches can be reached within 30-40 minutes.
Remarks
Waste deposit of € 200 applies. Due to the new regulations regarding recycling and waste management in the city of Búger, the purpose of this deposit is the recycling of waste by the guests. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay if the garbage has been removed from the house by the guests.

- Minimum stay in the summer months 7 nights with arrival on Saturday.
- Rest of the year minimum 7 nights with arrival possible on any day.
