French doors give access to the house and the quiet garden through a pebble-paved courtyard, which also adjoins the outdoor kitchen with dining area and barbecue. Here you will also find the secluded swimming pool and sun terraces overlooking the beautiful Majorcan country side. Wooden beamed ceilings, natural stone walls, the fireplace in the living room, antiques and paintings provide a homely, warm atmosphere inside.

The kitchen has kept its original character with natural stone sink and fireplace, but has all the modern equipment you could wish for. WIFI, central heating and air conditioning make this house ideally suited to have a fantastic stay all year round. This holiday home is very child friendly with the following amenities: toys, DVD’s, bottle steriliser, baby potty, diaper changing mat, toddler bed rail, children’s crockery, child safe sockets, night light.

Surroundings of Villa Rafal

Located between Sa Pobla and Búger, a somewhat hidden quiet village about 36 km from Palma, where you will find a few bars, a restaurant, a post office, a bakery for delicious fresh croissants, two shops for the basic necessities and a supermarket . Within 20 minutes by car you can reach the beach of Alcudia and the cozy town Pollensa with numerous restaurants, terraces and bars. The busier village of Inca, known for its Thursday market and leather shops, is just 10 minutes away. And also for visits to the beautiful Tramuntana mountains and the eastern calas (bays), Búger is well located.

Bedroom with two single beds, bathroom en-suite with sunken bath, shower, washbasin, toilet. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ in front courtyard, shed at rear terrace with washing machine.
1st floor: central hall with seating area, 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin. Two bedrooms with two single beds, one with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, washbasin and separate bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, washbasin. Separate bedroom with 2 single beds, shower, toilet, sink, and sofa.

Remarks

• On arrival you pay a security deposit of € 200,-. If you make sure that no waste is left behind, you will receive the deposit back on departure.
• Use of air conditioning (in the bedrooms) is included in the price.
• Change of towels and cleaning of bathrooms mid week. For stays longer than 1 week: mid stay cleaning of the entire house included.
• Including large towels for the pool.
• Non-smoking house.
• In the months of July and August only available from Saturday to Saturday.
