Casa Cavalli enjoys an excellent location just 200 meters from Cala Barques beach in Cala San Vicente, with stunning views from the terraces towards the sea and the iconic Cavall Bernat cliffs.

The holiday home has a super modern design, with an emphasis on light and beautiful local photography on the walls. The house is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Description Casa Cavalli

There are three floors including a large parking garage under the house. On entering the villa, to the left is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the outside terrace. Then to the left there is a very spacious separate kitchen with access to the pool terrace through sliding doors. All modern conveniences are available, including amongst others two fridge-freezers and six seats at the breakfast bar.

From here we enter the comfortable and tastefully furnished living room, again with access to the terrace, and including satellite TV and DVD with surround sound. At the end of this floor is the laundry room with the washing machine, and on the terrace you will find a large barbecue.

Outside

The large sun terrace, shaded by two awnings, is furnished with sun loungers and a dining table and chairs for eight people. The swimming pool and cold water jacuzzi are also located on this terrace. The swimming pool (9 x 3.5 m. – depth 0.80-1.70 m.) has an easy entry with 2 low steps and a shallow part of less than one meter. The panoramic view over the bay of Cala San Vicente from the pool and from the terrace is fantastic. There is also a guest toilet on this level.

Upstairs

Via the stairs to the upper floor of the house there is another sun terrace with fantastic views. On the top floor there are two very spacious bedrooms, again very modern with built-in wardrobes with mirrored doors and both with en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has 2 twin beds and the other is the master bedroom with double bed and access to the sun terrace.

Finally, there is a fourth bedroom (2 single beds) that is only accessible from the outside. This bedroom has an open en-suite bathroom with shower, and built-in wardrobes.

Nearest restaurant is just 3 minutes walk away. This also applies to the beach with turquoise water of the bay of Platja de Cala Barques; literally at the end of the street. At restaurant Ca’l Patró you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas (please note, it can be busy in high season). We also strongly recommend that you have lunch at this establishment. The larger beach-side resort of Port de Pollensa can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Nice for a day trip is the old town of Alcudia with its beautiful remains from the Middle Ages.
