Villa El Fontin stands on the very edge of a small town with every imaginable amenity, just an hour from the Spanish capital. Your front door is in the province of Madrid and the backyard borders Castile-La Mancha.

Villa El Fontin consists of 2 floors, depending on the number of guests, you will have access to 1 or both floors. The unique layout of the house means that you can go on holiday together with family or a group of friends, without having to give up all your privacy. Villa El Fontin is located in an urbanization, on the edge of the Pinar de Almorox forest. This ‘retro style’ villa with spectacular views has all the amenities to ensure a wonderful stay. For example, you will find many different seating areas in the garden to enjoy the silence of nature. In the garden there is also a large trampoline where children can play and jump to their heart’s content.
The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. This floor also has a large play and video room for children. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen and a large living room with a beautiful fireplace. This floor has 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have a bathtub. Both floors have their own terrace and fantastic views over the forest and the surrounding area.
The immediate vicinity of this holiday home in the province of Madrid
An hour’s drive from the capital Madrid, and yet in the middle of nature. To the west of your holiday home is the Parque Regional de la Sierra de Gredos natural park, a beautiful hiking area. The beautiful city of Salamanca is also accessible for a day trip at about an hour and a half’s drive. In the neighborhood where Villa El Fontin is part of, there is a restaurant/bar if you don’t feel like cooking yourself. There is also a supermarket for a quick grocery run. Through a gate in the garden you walk directly into the adjacent forest!
