A tasty seafood soup that is perfect for cold winter days. It may sound difficult, but this recipe is actually very simple and quick to make.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Ingredients for 4 people<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>500 grams of mixed seafood (any kind of fish can actually be used in seafood soup, but for example use shrimp, mussels and\/or squid)<\/li>\n<li>1 onion<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 potato<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot<\/li>\n<li>1 leek<\/li>\n<li>1 liter of fish stock<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Preparation of the seafood soup<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the potato, carrot and leek into cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Fry the vegetables in a large pan with olive oil until translucent.<\/li>\n<li>Add the fish stock and bring to the boil.<\/li>\n<li>Add the seafood and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
