The old house has been completely renovated preserving original elements such as doors and the amazing tiled floor, the interior is brand new: modern furniture, smooth cement floors and decorations in natural colors. The house is filled with beautiful wooden stools, colorful poufs, comfortable cushions, wicker baskets and lovely rugs. This house is cosy, attractive, modern and very comfortable.<\/p>\n<h2>Layout of Casa 13<\/h2>\n<p>Casa 13 offers a wonderful place to spend a holiday with 6 people in the heart of real Andalusia. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful open plan living room with kitchen and a separate dining room, both with access to the covered terrace with beautiful views over the reservoir of Izn\u00e1jar. On the terrace a table for outdoor dining, a lounge sofa for a siesta or an aperitif and, a sky-blue plunge pool (3&#215;4 meters). The view from the terrace is breathtaking. On the 1st floor there are 3 double rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, one with a bathtub. The bedrooms all have the same panoramic view and access to the balcony.<\/p>\n<h2>Direct surroundings of this beautiful holiday home<\/h2>\n<p>From the house you can walk straight into Iznajar with its cozy alleys and restaurants. The beach of Lake Iznajar offers opportunities for water sports.
