It is a completely renovated finca, the house has been converted from a ruin into a very nice holiday home for 6 guests. You have complete <strong>privacy<\/strong> here.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description of Los Chamizos in Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a cozy living room and a cozy, large kitchen. Around the house there are several terraces, there is a spacious roof terrace and there is also a lovely (heated) swimming pool of 7&#215;4 meters. In the garden there are all kinds of fruit trees that you can of course use. The <strong>Finca<\/strong> has everything you might need. In the nearest village Comares there are some <strong>small shops<\/strong>, some bars and several restaurants. It is one of the most beautiful white villages in Andalusia and from the village you have a beautiful view over the entire mountain range that makes Axarquia so beautiful.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Near surroundings of the holiday home<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los Chamizos is located in the valley below <strong>Comares<\/strong>, near the (dry) riverbed in the hamlet of Los Dioses. Picturesque Comares is the nearest village and is located on a hilltop. This typical Andalusian village has bars, restaurants and shops. Colmenar is also easily accessible for your daily shopping and the <strong>Thursday market<\/strong>. Velez Malaga (35 km), <strong>Malaga<\/strong> (50 km) and <strong>Antequera<\/strong> (60 km) are larger and <strong>attractive<\/strong> towns nearby.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout of Finca los Chamizos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All on one level (with steps due to small difference in height between different rooms) \u2013 Very spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, small terrace with seating in front of the kitchen, on the side of the house. Living room with wood burner, 2-seater sofa and 4 armchairs. Bedroom with two single beds, and a door to the kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed with patio doors to the terrace. Spacious bathroom with washing machine, walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet. Very spacious bedroom with 2 box spring beds. Large bathroom with bath, shower, washbasins and toilet. At the pool, which is located on the side of the house, there are of course sun loungers, 2 thatched umbrellas and a covered terrace with seating area for 6 people. On the roof of the finca there is a roof terrace with seating area and sun loungers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NB!<\/strong> Base price is for 2 people. For this price, the living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom + bathroom are at your disposal. When used by several people, the rest of the house can also be used, and the price per person increases.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tip from La Taha<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In the nearby village of Comares &#8211; about a 10-minute drive away &#8211; have lunch at restaurant El Molino. This restaurant is run by mother and son. We ate a salad with goat cheese with nuts, raisins and fresh fruit; one of the best salads we ever had the pleasure of eating.
