In the 4000 m2 garden of Villa Naranja you will find, among other exotic fruit trees, vines and many flowers, <strong>olive, almond and orange trees.<\/strong> The swimming pool is also located in the garden.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description of this holiday villa in Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Detached Villa Naranja is located in an <strong>idyllic spot<\/strong> on the edge of the village of V\u00e1lor. The villa is built in a modern way with traditional techniques. The spacious and comfortable house has <strong>underfloor heating and wood burners<\/strong> in the living room and kitchen. The bathrooms are very nicely done. The villa has a large, comfortable living room, also music room with a beautiful grand piano and music system. From the large, <strong>modern kitchen<\/strong> you have a beautiful view of the garden, the village and the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the veranda. You will probably spend a lot of time on this covered terrace with <strong>flower pots.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the first floor there is a spacious studio: sleeping area, sitting-dining area, complete kitchen and luxurious bathroom with bath. <strong>Patio doors<\/strong> lead to a large terrace with stunning views over the mountains. In clear weather you can see the Mediterranean Sea. The studio has its own entrance and is accessible from the inside. On the first floor there is also an open space with a TV and DVD player, which can be used as an extra bedroom. Furthermore, another bedroom with private bathroom. The house has been designed to be a <strong>pleasant place to live<\/strong> in all respects. You rent Villa Naranja including the studio upstairs.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings Villa Naranja<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The village square of <strong>V\u00e1lor<\/strong> is a few minutes&#8217; walk away. V\u00e1lor is a typical village in the <strong>Alpujarras<\/strong> with a pleasant village life, 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The area surrounding V\u00e1lor is an <strong>ideal hiking area<\/strong> with various walking routes. The <strong>Sierra Nevada<\/strong> beckons with peaks over 3000 meters. The public swimming pool is 3 minutes from Villa Naranja. You can drive to the <strong>Mediterranean Sea<\/strong> in less than 1 hour. <strong>Granada and Almer\u00eda<\/strong> are ideal day trips.<\/p>\n<h2><strong> Layout of Villa Naranja<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ground floor &#8211; large living room with comfortable seating area. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and large dining table. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Large veranda in front of the house.<br \/>\nFirst floor &#8211; studio with private entrance (also accessible from the inside): living-dining room with sofa bed, dining table, open kitchen, double bed (can also be used as two single beds) and luxurious bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Open space\/study, to be used as extra sleeping accommodation for 2 people. Passage to terrace.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Remarks<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 The living room is 50m2.<br \/>\n\u2022 The <strong>swimming pool<\/strong> is 3&#215;5 m and can be used from May to October.<br \/>\n\u2022 Library with many books and DVDs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Parking at the house is possible, but due to the steep streets it&#8217;s easier to park on the village square. From there it&#8217;s a few minutes walk home.<br \/>\n\u2022 From this holiday home it is a 1.5 hour drive to the airport of Almeria (LEI).
