From the house and the roof terrace you have great views of the valley and the mountains of the Sierra de Grazalema. On the roof terrace you can fully enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Part of the terrace is covered for some shade.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description holiday home Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>From the living room a staircase leads to the garden with swimming pool. It is a beautifully kept garden with olive trees and fig trees. A little further down the road is the property of the family. On this plot are <strong>olive trees, almond and fig trees<\/strong> and the vegetable garden. When it is harvest time you will certainly be able to enjoy it. The beautifully renovated house is located in the highest, quiet part of Montecorto. The owner is a receptionist in a large hotel in Ronda, speaks good English and knows the area well. He lives in Montecorto with his family. The holiday home is named after the water source (chorrera) that runs through the street. The water comes from a spring not far from the holiday home and there is always <strong>spring water.<\/strong> Where the water stream is strong enough, some elderly even do their laundry.<\/p>\n<p>When you book La Chorrera you have sole use of the garden and swimming pool. The adjacent house <a href=\"https:\/\/taha.nl\/en\/holiday-homes\/spain\/andalusia\/serrania-de-ronda-en\/montecorto-en\/casa-breva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Casa Breva<\/a> will not be rented out (La Chorrera and Casa Breva together are suitable for 2 families, for example).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings La Chorrera<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La Chorrera is located on the edge of the village of Montecorto. Within a few minutes&#8217; walk you will find a supermarket, a square with bars and an Andalusian atmosphere. Delivery vans deliver fresh <strong>fish<\/strong>, <strong>bread<\/strong>, <strong>vegetables<\/strong>, etc. by honking their horns daily. Ronda is a 15-minute drive from Montecorto. <strong>Seville<\/strong> is an 1,5 hour drive. From Montecorto <strong>beautiful walking trails<\/strong> lead you into the surrounding <strong>mountains<\/strong> and valleys. The area is a bird paradise and you\u2019ll also see groups of vultures. Sierra de Grazalema and Sierra de las Nieves <strong>nature parks<\/strong> are accessible in a 20 minute drive.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout of this holiday home in Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All rooms are on one level. Living room with sitting area by the fireplace. Open kitchen with dining table. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
