Centrally located in the east of Andalusia, so all royal cities are easy to drive to, and a choice of good restaurants within 15 minutes by car. Everything is available for you to experience a fantastic holiday in the south of Spain. After a day out, it is wonderful to come home to Finca del Abuelo. This house is light, modern, beautiful, we lack superlatives. <span style=\"font-family: inherit\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings Finca del Abuelo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>At 15 minutes you will find Izn\u00e1jar, a typical <strong>Andalusian village<\/strong> with steep, narrow streets and white houses. The village is located in the heart of the largest reservoir in Andalusia. The view from the castle at the top is breathtaking and unique. Park <strong>Sierra Subb\u00e9tica<\/strong> half an hour&#8217;s drive away is 159,190 hectares, an absolute must for nature lovers. Don&#8217;t forget to enjoy the area&#8217;s number 1 export product, liquid gold; you will not find better <strong>olive oil<\/strong> anywhere in the world. There is even an olive press at the bottom of the road you&#8217;re staying at. The royal cities of <strong>Granada and C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong> can be reached from Finca del Abuelo within 1.5 hours. <strong>Malaga<\/strong> is 50 minutes away. The beach of Iznajar is also worth a visit, for example take a <strong>boat trip<\/strong> on the lake with Andalucia Laketours, beautiful views are guaranteed!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout of Finca del Abuelo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Your holiday home is an authentic, fully restored <strong>finca.<\/strong> You enter the courtyard through a large old wooden door, a dining area and seating area are waiting for you to enjoy the evenings under the vines. During the day this is a wonderfully cool place to hide out with a book when the Spanish sun is out. From the courtyard again a wooden door to enter the finca, you enter the living room with open kitchen and open staircase. From the kitchen there is a 2-person bedroom with access to the children&#8217;s room with a bunk bed. Of course with bathroom with shower and toilet. From this bedroom you have direct access to <strong>the courtyard<\/strong> through a door.<\/p>\n<p>The living room is furnished with great taste and an <strong>eye for detail<\/strong> and the kitchen is fully equipped. Via the open staircase you reach the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. If you rent this house with 6 adults (+2 children), the indoor, independent apartment will be at your disposal as a 3rd double room. The apartment has its own entrances: through the terrace at the back of the house and through the courtyard. This apartment has a double bedroom, en-suite shower room and a living room with patio doors leading to a private terrace.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Remarks<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Not necessarily suitable for babies or small children, and people with walking difficulties.<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient parking space in front of the holiday home.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum number of guests 6 adults and 2 children. Children sleep in a bunk bed that is really only suitable for children.<\/li>\n<li>With 4 adults and 2 children, only the main house is prepared for you. With 6 adults (+ children), the indoor apartment is also at your disposal. In that case book for 7\/8 people.<\/li>\n<li>Security deposit of \u20ac 200,- before arrival.
