Description of your holiday home in Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Casa Tranquilidad has it all: cozy and well-equipped dining kitchen, lovely lounge seating area, bedrooms with private bathrooms<\/strong>, a large swimming pool<\/strong> and several terraces where you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the sea<\/strong>. The pool is one level lower than the house and because the terrace is fenced it is safe<\/strong> for small children. The air conditioning<\/strong>, wifi, television, washing machine and dryer, underfloor heating in the bathrooms<\/strong>, and the beautiful view make for a relaxing holiday.<\/strong> Both inside and outside there is room enough for 8 people and the large dining table<\/strong> on the terrace invites you to dine for hours. Casa Tranquilidad is located 10 minutes from white village Arenas<\/strong>. The road to the house has recently been repaved.<\/p>\n

Surroundings of holiday home Casa Tranquilidad<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The white village of Arenas<\/strong> is a 10-minute drive from Casa Tranquilidad. There are some small shops and several restaurants and bars where you can eat a good meal for little money. Be sure to try the local tapas<\/strong> at the bars. The seaside town of Torre del Mar<\/strong> is about 20 minutes from Casa Tranquilidad. Next to the beach<\/strong> there are some nice beach bars and a large shopping center<\/strong> where enthusiasts can shop to their heart’s content. Other nice towns in the vicinity are Nerja<\/strong> and Frigiliana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Layout of Casa Tranquilidad<\/strong><\/h2>\n

All rooms are on one level. Hall. Four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms have a bath and\/or shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, underfloor heating and towel heaters. The bedrooms have air conditioning (cool in summer and warm in winter). Living room with open kitchen. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Terrace which can be closed off. Stairs down to the lovely pool. With the new umbrellas and sun beds by the pool, this holiday home is ready for the new season.<\/p>\n
