The romantic holiday home Casita del Arroyo is a wonderful holiday home &#8211; with a potentially <strong>shared swimming pool<\/strong> &#8211; to <strong>relax<\/strong> and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description of your holiday home in Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>wood burner<\/strong> and electric heating also make Casita del Arroyo a comfortable holiday home during the colder winter months, the heated jacuzzi is a big plus and unique in Spain. Casita del Arroyo is beautifully decorated and has a beach house vibe.<\/p>\n<p>Next to the casita is the larger holiday home Cortijo del Arroyo, suitable for 7 people. Both holiday homes have their own terrace and offer complete <strong>privacy.<\/strong> Guests have access to the swimming pool and <strong>heated Jacuzzi.<\/strong> Both holiday homes together are an ideal holiday spot for larger groups who like privacy, but this bungalow is also the ultimate holiday home for <strong>couples in love.<\/strong> English owners live on site and are happy to inform you about activities and places of interest in the area.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings Casita del Arroyo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Villanueva de Tapia<\/strong> is the nearest village with shops, typical Spanish bars and weekly market on Thursdays. A supermarket with many fresh products is a 15-minute drive away. Cities like <strong>Granada<\/strong> (45 min), <strong>C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong> (60 min) and <strong>Ronda<\/strong> (60 min) are easy accesible form the house. The <strong>nearest beach<\/strong> is 1 hour&#8217;s drive from the holiday home. Lake Iznajar also offers a beach and water sports.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Casita del Arroyo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Living room with wood burner and open kitchen. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house has French doors in both the kitchen and the living room that open onto the terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden and large swimming pool; the pool measures 10x5m. There is an outdoor kitchen, full outdoor bathroom and pool table. In addition, there are many places and opportunities to sunbathe on sun-beds or, for example, to have lunch under the roofed terrace by the pool.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Remarks<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The Jacuzzi is heated and in use all year round.<\/li>\n<li>The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP), about 50 minutes drive.<\/li>\n<li>Owners ask for a security deposit of \u20ac 100,-<\/li>\n<li>Towels for the pool are provided for you.<\/li>\n<li>You can optionally order a welcome package which will be waiting for you on arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Due to the specially constructed entrance next to the house, this holiday home is also very suitable for people with reduced mobility.
