Casa Coleo is a detached<\/strong> holiday home, in a quiet location, in an area ideal for walkers. Its location at an altitude of 800 meters<\/strong> offers a view of the highest mountain in the area (the Maroma) and on the other side you can see the sea<\/strong> in the distance.<\/p>\n

Description of Casa Coleo<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The house is very comfortable and, thanks to the wood stove and central heating<\/strong>, also suitable for the cooler months; you can have a winter stay here! The air conditioning in the bedrooms<\/strong> is ideal for the heat in the summer. Around the house there are several terraces<\/strong> in the well-maintained garden. The house is easily accessible and there is ample parking behind the entrance gate. The fenced area of five thousand square meters<\/strong> provides several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade and the view. The white village of Sedella unfortunately only has one restaurant and a small convenience store, but in the nearby town of Canillas d’Aceituno there are much more bars and restaurants, shops, a bank and pharmacy.

Nearby Casa Coleo<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sedella<\/strong> can be reached by car in 5 minutes. M\u00e1laga is about 70 km away. Shopping is best done in Velez M\u00e1laga where there are some large supermarkets, it takes around 30 minutes to get there. The beach can be reached in 40 minutes. The immediate vicinity of Casa Coleo is very mountainous and is known for the beautiful walks and hikes you can take there.<\/p>\n

Layout of this holiday home in Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You park your car under the carport. As soon as you walk up the garden path, you will see a terrace with dining area and brick barbecue<\/strong> on the right, the covered terrace with another dining area and access to this holiday home through the kitchen or the living room. And in front of you the large, clear blue swimming pool.<\/strong> Everything in the house is on one floor, the large, very complete kitchen, followed by the utility room with washing machine and extra fridge, ensure that you lack nothing. The holiday home has 2 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds – ideal for children – and private bathroom. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a large window overlooking the pool.<\/p>\n

Casa Coleo is located at the foot of the beautiful mountain La Maroma. If you are an avid hiker, this is a wonderful place for you. Around and on the mountain there are about 30 marked walking and hiking routes. Varying from simple level to full mountain boots. If you prefer to have lunch with a glass of wine, then drive the 45 minutes to Lake Vi\u00f1uela and settle down on the terrace of B Bou Hotel Vi\u00f1uela.<\/a> Pricey for Spanish standards, but for the holiday wallet, very doable, and the dishes are really to die for.<\/p>\n
