On a clear day you can even get a good view of the rock of Gibraltar and the <strong>coastline of Morocco<\/strong>. Furthermore, beautiful views of the <strong>hills and mountains<\/strong> of the surrounding nature reserve.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description holiday home Casa Fina in Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Casa Fina is a detached house with swimming pool in the hills close to the <strong>typical Andalusian village<\/strong> of Casares. This bright and spacious house is tastefully and <strong>fully furnished<\/strong>. The holiday home has a cosy, spacious living room with conservatory, a modern kitchen and beautiful, spacious bedrooms\/bathrooms. There is an insert fireplace in the lounge area in the living room and a wood stove in the conservatory.<\/p>\n<p>The windows of the conservatory can be slid open in the warmer periods. In winter, the conservatory catches all the sun and is a wonderful place to relax. The <strong>garden<\/strong> around Casa Fina is beautifully landscaped with native plants and trees. There are several terraces at the house: for sunbathing, dining outside or reading a book. The last 2 kilometers to the house is a well-maintained concrete road with some bumps here and there (slow drive).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings of Casa Fina<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Casares<\/strong> is less than 10 minutes drive and has several nice bars, restaurants, shops, bank, etc. Via a <strong>beautiful<\/strong> route you can hike to <strong>Casares<\/strong> in about 1 hour. The <strong>beach<\/strong> is a 15 minute drive. <strong>Ronda<\/strong> is 1 hour away. Ideal if you want to combine the proximity of the <strong>beach<\/strong> with inland <strong>nature<\/strong> and <strong>culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout of this Holiday home<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All on one floor: spacious living room with lounge area by the fireplace. Open kitchen with dining area. From the living room conservatory with its own sitting area and wood stove.<br \/>\nBedroom 1: double bed, walk-in shower and toilet. This bedroom offers extra privacy through access via internal corridor and private terrace.<br \/>\nBedroom 2 and 3: both with 2 single beds (can be placed next to each other) and private bathroom with bath\/shower.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Remarks<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 The pool is 9 x 4.5 m.<br \/>\n\u2022 Parking at the house possible.<br \/>\n\u2022 Each bedroom gives direct access to the garden.<br \/>\n\u2022 Deposit of \u20ac 250 must be paid on arrival and will be refunded before departure if everything is in order.<br \/>\n\u2022 Nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) 1 hour away.
