The ultimate place for those seeking tranquility. Holiday home Finca la Guita is beautifully situated and not far from the white village of <strong>C\u00f3mpeta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description holiday home Finca la Guita<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Finca itself is spacious enough for 4 people and the <strong>apartment<\/strong> below the Finca is suitable for 2 people. Around the finca are several <strong>terraces<\/strong> and a <strong>private swimming pool<\/strong>. The view of the hills and mountains from the terraces is fantastic. With <strong>3000 m2<\/strong> of private land there is <strong>sufficient privacy<\/strong> and there are plenty of places to enjoy the sun or shade.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Finca<\/strong> has two bedrooms, each with its <strong>own bathroom<\/strong> with bath and toilet, an attractively furnished living room with fireplace and adjacent dining room with a second fireplace. In the Finca you will also find a <strong>fully equipped kitchen<\/strong>. The living room has an audio system and a TV with more than 100 channels (including all Dutch).<br \/>\nThe <strong>apartment<\/strong> consists of a bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate lounge area. When you book for 5 or 6 people, this apartment will also be prepared for you.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings of the holiday home<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1laga<\/strong> can be reached in about an hour. The coastal town of <strong>Torrox Costa<\/strong> is 18 km away. from the house. The white village of <strong>C\u00f3mpeta<\/strong> can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Beautiful mountain hikes can be made in this area, but because it is not far away, <strong>beach lovers<\/strong> will also get their money&#8217;s worth here. <strong>Wine<\/strong> lovers are in the perfect location and this is reflected in the many <strong>vineyards<\/strong> in this area. Try them out at the local restaurants and bars where you can get a delicious &#8216;menu del d\u00eda&#8217; cheap.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout of holiday home Finca la Guita<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Parking is possible at the bottom of the road under a roof, or in front of the gate of the driveway. Outside there is a covered terrace, large dining area for 8 people. A separate smaller sun terrace with sun loungers. At the pool on a lower level several sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The cozy finca itself has a living room with adjoining dining room (table for 6). Separate, semi-open kitchen. Two bedrooms with private bathroom with bath and toilet. Apartment, accessible from the terrace around the pool, has a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet and lounge area with dining area and double sofa. In front of the house you will find a fixed, brick barbecue.
