But you are only a few minutes walk from village life with bars and restaurants.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description of holiday home Casa Andres in Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Around Casa Andres is a garden with, among other things, olive trees, almond trees and encinas (small oaks). From the front terrace you have a <strong>view of the valley and mountains.<\/strong> This holiday home is in an exceptionally green spot, with many tall trees and mature shrubs. Casa Andres has a large living room, no less than 90 m2, with a seating area by the wood burner and an open kitchen. The high wooden ceiling gives the place a <strong>lovely atmosphere.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through sliding glass doors you have access to the partly covered terrace, ideal place to eat outside at the picnic table. Close to Casa Andres, El Pe\u00f1asco is located on a higher terrace. Originally Casa Andres is the guest house at El Pe\u00f1asco, but you have complete privacy through the gardens, the two houses are completely hidden from oneanother. Casa Andres and <a href=\"https:\/\/taha.nl\/en\/holiday-homes\/spain\/andalusia\/serrania-de-ronda-en\/gaucin-en\/el-penasco\/\">El Pe\u00f1asco<\/a> together can accommodate 8 people. From Casa Andres you can walk right into the beautiful <strong>hilly landscape.<\/strong> However, within a 10-minute walk you can also reach one of the small village squares with restaurants and bars. The last 200 m to the holiday home is a fairly steep and narrow road. Parking is possible higher up in the village, but if you rent a <a href=\"https:\/\/taha.nl\/en\/car-rental-spain\/\">rental car<\/a> no larger than a C-class, it should work.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings Casa Andres<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In <strong>Gauc\u00edn<\/strong> you will find all your daily shopping + bars and restaurants. Gauc\u00edn is located in the southern part of the <strong>Serran\u00eda de Ronda<\/strong> and is an ideal starting point for <strong>walks<\/strong> in the area. <strong>Ronda<\/strong> and the <strong>sea<\/strong> are half an hour away by car. In Gaucin itself you will find several artisan shops and galleries.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout of holiday home Casa Andres\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>All on one floor: living room with seating area by the wood burner, a spacious dining area, arch to kitchen. Bedroom with double bed, and a third bed for children up to 12 years. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, has a sink, shower and toilet. The double bed can be converted into 2 single beds.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tip from La Taha<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A day at the beach, but far away from mass tourism? Visit Alicate Playa, just past Marbella, an hour away. Free parking is available at the end of Avenida Andasol. There are 2 restaurants on this wide sandy beach, which rent out sun loungers and provide delicious meals. In general, it is nice and quiet here, even on summer days. Restaurante Da Sergio (Miguel y Maria) makes fantastic fresh pizzas!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Remarks<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Casa Andres is a non-smoking holiday home.<br \/>\n\u2022 Bedroom has air conditioning that cools and heats.<br \/>\n\u2022 The nearest airport is Gibraltar an hour away.
