From the house you have beautiful views of the valley and the mountains of the Sierra de Grazalema.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Description Casa Breva; holiday home Andalusia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>From the living room a staircase leads to the garden with swimming pool. The swimming pool is located in <strong>the well-kept garden<\/strong> with olive trees and fig trees. As soon as you step out of the house you also have a private patio area where you can eat outside. A little further down the road is the property of the family. On this plot are olive trees, almond and fig trees and the vegetable garden. When it is harvest time you will certainly be able to enjoy it. The recently renovated house is furnished in a modern-rustic style. It is located in the highest, quiet, part of Montecorto, which turns into a country road. The owner is a receptionist in a large hotel in Ronda, speaks good English and knows the area well. He lives in Montecorto with his family. The house is named after the special kind of <strong>fig trees<\/strong> (brevas) that grow near the house. Near the house is a spring where you can tap delicious spring water.<\/p>\n<p>When you book Casa Breva you have sole use of the garden and <strong>swimming pool<\/strong>. The adjacent house is then not rented out (Casa Breva and <a href=\"\/vakantiehuizen-spanje\/andalusie\/serrania-de-ronda\/montecorto\/la-chorrera\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Chorrera<\/a> together are suitable for 2 families, for example).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings of Casa Breva<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Casa Breva is located on the edge of the village of Montecorto. Within a few minutes&#8217; walk you will find a supermarket, a square with bars and an Andalusian atmosphere. Delivery vans bring fresh fish, bread, vegetables, etc. just check it out when you hear them honk the horn. Ronda is a 15-minute drive from Montecorto. Seville is a little over an hour away. From Montecorto it is wonderful to walk in the surrounding mountains and valleys. The area is a bird paradise, including groups of vultures. Sierra de Grazalema and Sierra de las Nieves Natural Parks are a 20 minute drive away.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout of this Holiday home<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Downstairs: lounge area with wood burner. Dinning table. Well equipped kitchen. Additional toilet and shower.<br \/>\nUpstairs: bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. Stairs to private patio area.
