Thanks to its location at the foot of the <strong>Sierra Blanca<\/strong>, this region has a <strong>mild<\/strong> and sunny climate. This detached finca, called Finca Ana, is located in the middle of nature and on the edge of the <strong>attractive<\/strong> white village of <strong>Oj\u00e8n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The holiday home was renovated with great taste in 2020 and therefore has a <strong>modern interior<\/strong>. From the house you can take <strong>beautiful hikes <\/strong> in the surrounding area and for groceries, nice restaurants, bars with fantastic tapas you are in the village in a few minutes. Despite the many possibilities in the vicinity, it is also a good place to stay in and around the finca itself. There are several <strong>terraces<\/strong> and in the summer there is plenty of shade. The long dining table invites you to cook extensively and eat outside until late in the evening. The small <strong>swimming pool<\/strong> offers refreshment during those hot Spanish summer days.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you stay at Finca Ana you can contact the hotel in the village center with questions about the finca, for information about the neighborhood, restaurant tips, etc. From 1 April to the end of November you can make free use of the <strong>heated and covered hotel swimming pool<\/strong>. If you wish, you can also have breakfast on the hotel patio. Tip: the Spanish stars from heaven are cooked here three times a week.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Surroundings of holiday home Finca Ana<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The finca is located on the edge of the village of <strong>Oj\u00e9n<\/strong>, yet surrounded by nature. The Plaza Andaluz, an 8-minute walk from Finca Ana, is the centerpiece of this whitewashed Andalusian village. It is there, when the sun goes down, the tapas are on the table, where the Spanish children play around the fountain, the fino is consumed, plans are made for the next day. Around the village square are several bars and restaurants with good food and friendly service. On the route to the village square you will pass several shops for daily shopping. <strong>Marbella<\/strong> and <strong>beaches<\/strong> are 15 minutes away by car. <strong>M\u00e1laga<\/strong> can be reached within an hour and <strong>Granada<\/strong> (190 km) is also doable for a day trip.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Layout of Finca Ana<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Spacious kitchen with all appliances including a large fridge with chilled filtered water, dishwasher and washing machine. The long dining table offers enough space for a group of up to 8 people. A living room with <strong>air conditioning\/heating<\/strong>, a <strong>smart TV<\/strong> with all Dutch and international channels, and the option to stream. The spacious sofa can be transformed into a 1.60 wide bed in no time at all. Suitable for 1 adult or two children. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom that is primarily intended for bedroom number 3: the garden room. This room is located on the other side of the terrace in its own &#8216;house&#8217;. Equipped with a sink, own smart TV and WiFi amplifier, this room is also equipped with air conditioning. The lower floor of the house provides two spacious bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. As the rear of the house is somewhat lower, these rooms have windows and\/or a door that overlook or give access to the rear terrace. The finca is enclosed by fences so that children and any pets can stay within sight.
