Villa Pedro, an authentic Mallorcan house located in a beautiful enclave. The villa was restored with great care and attention in early 2023, perfectly combining tradition and modernity.<\/p>\n
Situated in a beautiful spot with the majestic mountains of the Serra de Tramontana in the background, the holiday home is halfway between the picturesque town of Pollensa, the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa and the little gem that is Cala San Vicente. Here you will find small coves with crystal clear turquoise water at the foot of the Cavall Bernat.<\/p>\n
A large wrought iron gate welcomes you to the very spacious parking area and the well-kept gardens with palm and fruit trees.
\nThe main entrance gives access to a spacious dining room, followed by a comfortable living room and a modern, open kitchen. The preservation of old traditional elements such as stone walls, arches and wooden beams contrasts with the avant-garde decoration, a selection of neutral colors on walls and floors and intelligent lighting.<\/p>\n
The dining room of Villa Pedro has a large table with capacity for 12 people and is equipped with air conditioning. The comfortable living room, with a large Smart TV, also has air conditioning. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a large American fridge-freezer. A door in the kitchen gives access to the rear of the house, where there is a generous built-in barbecue and a huge pergola, ideal for al fresco dining.<\/p>\n
The ground floor also has a small reading area and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. This room has a double bed as standard, but can be converted into a twin bedroom.<\/p>\n
The other rooms are located upstairs. On the landing to the right a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and to the left the other bedrooms on either side of a long corridor. Specifically, to the left of the hallway there is a twin room and a double room that can have either a double bed or two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with shower.<\/p>\n

\nIn summary, there is one bedroom with a double bed, two with single beds and three of them can be double or twin, always on prior request.<\/p>\n
The large 10m x 6m swimming pool is fitted with built-in steps to facilitate access for both adults and children. The pool is surrounded by sun-beds with bath towels, a fantastic Balinese bed, a beautiful garden with different grasses and hedges, a beautiful view of the mountains and a covered terrace with a chill-out area where you can relax and enjoy your well deserved vacation. There is also a room outside where the washing machine is located, as well as an extra toilet.<\/p>\n
But the outdoor area of the villa offers much more. Next to the main entrance of the house on your left is a covered area with a table tennis table. Next to it a second room, overlooking an orchard with fruit trees. And finally, the room that will delight young and old: an annex dedicated to sports and leisure: a fantastic pool table, an exercise bike, an elliptical bike, a football table and another Smart TV. And if that wasn’t enough, air conditioning.<\/p>\n
The house has a free Wi-Fi connection, with several repeaters strategically placed to have internet access in all rooms, by the pool, on the terraces and in the games room.<\/p>\n
