Villa Angeles has a beautiful countryside location within walking distance of Pollensa’s old town. The house has a large garden with grass around the swimming pool (7×5 m, depth 1.20 to 2 m).<\/p>\n
On the ground floor of the villa there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, also there is a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms on the first floor have fantastic views of the area and lots of light as well as fitted wardrobes. The bathrooms at Villa Angeles are simple.<\/p>\n
The interior is light and a mix of contemporary and traditional. The living room has comfortable sofas, a television and a decorative fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining table and chairs. French doors open from the kitchen onto the shaded rear terrace. On the side of the house is a large covered veranda with dining and lounge area.<\/p>\n
This comfortable villa is within walking distance of the old town of Pollensa (900m), with a great selection of traditional Spanish restaurants, cafes and shops. Beach lovers don’t have to travel far as the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa is just a short drive away (4 miles) as are a number of other great beaches. Shops, markets, golf courses, a water park and various attractions and points of interest are also within easy reach.<\/p>\n
