Reina Uno is one of 3 (holiday) accommodations in a beautifully renovated building in the El Cabanyal district. This is a beautiful studio apartment in Valencia city. The exterior of the building has been restored to its original 1929 design, while inside the characteristic high ceilings have been revealed, creating an excellent mix of traditional features and modern comfort.<\/p>\n

Description of the studio apartment in Valencia<\/h2>\n

Reina Uno is the smallest of the 3 apartments; a studio apartment, suitable for 2 persons. The furnishings are beautiful and contemporary. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a complete set of dishes and cooking utensils to prepare your own meals.<\/p>\n

Reina Uno has high ceilings, large tall windows, white stucco walls and partly raw bricks and metal beams and lots of indirect lighting. Together with the high doors and authentic ceilings, this creates a beautiful atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The studio apartment in Valencia is suitable for two people and has an integrated sleeping and seating area. The seating area has two armchairs and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a double sink and a spacious shower. The double bed has a comfortable width of 180 cm and a length of 200 cm.<\/p>\n

There is also a roof terrace of no less than 145 m2, which you share with any guests of Reina Dos en Tres. The roof terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture, overlooks a sports field and the sea in the distance; the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after visiting Valencia city.<\/p>\n

The El Cabanyal district in Valencia is characterized by its colorful and protected historic houses. Cabanyal is a former fishing village with a wide beach of soft, white sand. You will be just a 650-meter walk from the beach. Several tram lines can be reached within a 3-minute walk, public transport will take you to the heart of the popular city of Valencia within 20 minutes. Not to be missed when staying in Valencia: Ciutat de les Arts i les Ci\u00e8ncies, Catedral de Santa Mar\u00eda (La Seu), the covered fresh food market in the old center, ‘Iglesia De San Nicol\u00e1s De Bari y San Pedro M\u00e1rtir’ and of course a flamenco show.<\/div>\n

During your stay the apartment will be cleaned weekly. This includes cleaning the floor, bathroom, changing bed linen and two sets of towels.<\/p>\n
