Historic Silves is only a ten-minute drive away and the city of Messines with its lively market is seven minutes away. Silves is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful towns in the Algarve. It is teeming with sights, nice shops and cozy bars, restaurants and terraces. In August, the always busy Medieval Festival is held.<\/p>\n
