The house is decorated in the traditional Mallorcan style, where wood and stone predominate. A large dining room leads to a very well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious and in between them is the bathroom with walk-in shower. The outdoor terrace with its stone pillars is ideal for reading a book in the shade. Outside, next to the private swimming pool (8.65 x 4.70, depth 1.20-1.95) there is a barbecue with table and chairs where you can enjoy your own prepared meals.<\/p>\n
There are several kitesurfing schools on the nearby beaches. The larger towns of Port de Pollensa, Alcudia and Pollensa can be reached within 10 minutes. You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes, and the nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car.<\/p>\n
