Finca del Arroyo consists of a large country house + a casita in a large private garden in the middle of the olive fields. The finca offers an ideal place to enjoy a wonderful summer holiday with up to 9 people (and a little one).<\/p>\n
Cortijo del Arroyo<\/strong> is a very spacious and cool house – built over 200 years ago – recently renovated with Spanish, English and French furniture. The romantic bedrooms, modern kitchen and beautiful bathrooms will make you feel at home quickly. Casita del Arroyo<\/strong> offers very comfortable accommodation for 2 people. British owners Dave and Al live on the same grounds and are happy to arrange activities, meals, sightseeing and transport. At an additional cost, Dave can even teach you Spanish.<\/p>\n Ground floor: well-equipped kitchen, separate dining room, comfortable living room and separate TV room. Also on this floor is the bathroom with shower and toilet for the double room in the separate area on the 1st floor. From the dining room and kitchen you reach the terrace. From the terrace a path follows down to reach the swimming pool, the outdoor kitchen and bathroom + heated jacuzzi. Living room with wood burner and open kitchen. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house has French doors in both the kitchen and the living room that open onto the terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden and large swimming pool; the pool measures 10x5m. There is an outdoor kitchen, full outdoor bathroom and pool table. In addition, there are many places and opportunities to sunbathe on sun-beds or, for example, to have lunch under the roofed terrace by the pool.<\/p>\n Villanueva de Tapia<\/strong> is the nearest village with shops, typical Spanish bars and weekly market on Thursdays. A supermarket with many fresh products is a 15-minute drive away. Cities like Granada<\/strong> (45 min), C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong> (60 min) and Ronda<\/strong> (60 min) are easy accesible form the house.
