Finca Plomera is a lovely country house nestled against the wooded hills, surrounded by ancient olive groves, with truly stunning views over the surrounding open countryside, the impressive Bay of Pollença and, in the distance, Cap of Formentor.

Finca Plomera has lavish furnishings and accessories. Upon entering from the covered veranda, through the oak door, the spacious holiday home has cooling terracotta and marble floors, you immediately feel, this is a beautiful, comfortable family home. The entrance hall has original pebbled walls with arched windows. The dining room has a 3.5m x 1m dining table, crystal chandelier, and stone fireplace. As for the kitchen, it is superbly equipped with teak cabinets, electric cooker, microwave, marble worktop, double sink, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a 3 meter long breakfast table with benches. There is also a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and toilet, and a living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, crystal chandelier and patio doors leading to the poolside terrace.

Sleep tight
Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, private (furnished) sun terrace with distant sea and mountain views. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, a full en-suite shower room with curved corner bath, and a private furnished sun terrace. The 3rd bedroom, a twin, has teak beds and fitted wardrobes, a full en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and a private furnished sun terrace. The final bedroom also has two teak beds and fitted wardrobes and a full ensuite bath/shower room and a private sun terrace with sea and mountain views. There is also air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. For environmental and energy saving reasons, this villa has air-conditioning on a timer, to ensure that you are cool during the day and at night.

Swimming
Outside there is a beautifully lit, 12m long crystal blue swimming pool with double corner steps. There are large, well-appointed sun terraces surrounding the pool and house. Many natural stone garden elements and the terraces are decorated with red geraniums and verbena. There is also a lily and fish pond filled with fresh mountain spring water, and a pergola with BBQ and relaxing seating area, ideal for enjoying chilled summer drinks. The well maintained garden has a large lawn with an abundance of flowering colorful shrubs, fragrant herbs and multicolored Mediterranean freesias in traditional flower pots. Relax and enjoy!

Surroundings of Finca Plomera

The finca is located on a quiet road, just one kilometer from the bustling town of Pollença. The lovely beach of Alcudia is only a 10-minute drive away.

– Minimum stay 7 nights, during the summer holidays only available from Saturday to Saturday.
