Yes, you can take an option on a house for the same period. We can keep the option in the system for you for a maximum of 3 days. Please fill in the reservation form and indicate by ticking the box that this is an option. Once the option has been confirmed by the owner (within 48 hours), we will email you. You can then let us know by e-mail if you want to book.

Fill in the reservation form again for the second, third, etc. house that you want to book. All your personal data, data of co-tenants, etc. will automatically be visible; you do not have to fill this in again. We will only charge the reservation costs once in total.

We work with ‘all-inclusive prices’ as much as possible. In addition to the rental amount indicated on the website, you pay an additional 30 euros reservation costs. You can choose to take out cancellation insurance yourself. In some cases there are extra costs for, for example, the use of air conditioning, etc. This is always clearly indicated on the website in the house description. These costs are usually paid at the holiday home.

The use of sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels is included. The use of water, gas and electricity is also included, unless otherwise stated in the description on the website. For the use of wood for the fireplace and/or wood burner, you generally pay a fee to the owner or contact person (depending on consumption).

Unless otherwise stated, bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. This can be deviated from in consultation with the owner. We will let you know as soon as possible if deviations are possible.

After you have sent the booking form, you will automatically receive a confirmation of your booking request by e-mail. Once your booking has been confirmed by the owner, we will send you the booking confirmation/invoice via email. After payment, you will also receive the voucher with all the necessary information by e-mail .

Absolutely! The prices shown on our website are based on weekly rental. If you want to book less than a week, the price will be adjusted pro rata. If a house has a minimum stay of 7 nights, this is clearly stated in the description of the holiday home.

The regular cancellation conditions apply to all reservations.

On this English website of the Spanish government you can fill out and print the necessary health declarations for all travelers. If you need a residence address, please email us and we will provide it.
