Casa Sebastia

We are proud to offer you this charming 4 bedroom holiday home Casa Sebastia, located in the old town of the beautiful town of Pollensa. The house has been renovated with great care into a modern, tasteful place to spend a holiday, in which the original essence of the house has been preserved and high-quality materials have been used. The interior of the house is modern, comfortable and bright; a mix of white walls and wooden floors. A nice combination of traditional Mallorcan architectural elements and modern design furniture.

You enter into a beautiful dining room. The kitchen, open to the living room, is also stylish and equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and fridge freezer. A glass door leads to the rear of the house, here you will find a terrace and swimming pool, with sun loungers.

On the first floor there are three of the four bedrooms of the house, 2 rooms with single beds and one with double bed. Two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, while the double room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

On the top floor is the ‘master bedroom’, with an en-suite shower room and a small dressing room. All air-conditioned rooms have wooden floors, fitted wardrobes and neutral colored furniture. There is also a balcony terrace with a beautiful view.

Surroundings Casa Sebastia

In short, Casa Sebastia is a centrally located and elegant house in Pollensa, one of the most attractive and traditional towns on the island. It is the perfect choice to enjoy a more authentic holiday, yet with the beaches just 10 minutes away by car. The house is in the heart of the city, just 200 meters from the Plaza Mayor (with its fantastic Sunday market and a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops), as well as the famous Calvario steps. Although these are the two most famous places in Pollensa, we also recommend that you let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere and the essence of the city itself, get lost in the small streets and discover the small museums, art galleries, churches, restaurants and shops.

At the end of July, until August 2, the festivities of the patron saints are celebrated with great passion. August 2 is the main holiday, and is undoubtedly one of the liveliest and most popular events on the entire island; read, noisy! Also noteworthy is the Holy Week procession, and especially the “Davallament” (the descent of Jesus Christ from the cross) that takes place on Good Friday evening. The image of the Christ is carried to the parish from the chapel of Calvary (located on a hill overlooking the town). The procession passes in the midst of great silence, as it descends the 365 steps of Calvary, flanked by torches. Unbelievably impressive!

Remarks

• Keep in mind that the streets of the old town are narrow and therefore not the best for traffic. Fortunately, the holiday home has a yellow line in front of the door that will be very useful for loading and unloading luggage.
• Only available from Saturday to Saturday.
