This brand new villa has been fitted to perfection. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a spacious roof terrace. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, in addition to a beautiful kitchen with a wine fridge, dining room and living room with high glass windows overlooking the terraces, where you can enjoy a beautiful (saltwater) swimming pool and a nice outdoor kitchen.
Surroundings of the holiday villa
The nearest beach, Praia Verde, is just 3 kilometers away, while the Spanish border is reachable within a 10-minute drive. The nearby town of Castro Marim (about 4 km) has a well-equipped supermarket, shops, pharmacies, post office, ATMs and a small covered market. Larger supermarkets such as Lidl, Pingo Doce and Intermarche can be found in Vila Real de Santo António (about 8 km) and Altura (about 3 km). St. Bartolomeu offers a Mini Marche and 2 restaurants (1.5 km away).
For shopping and entertainment you can go to Monte Gordo, Vila Real de Santo António (about 8 km) or Altura (about 3 km), where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, boulevards, ice cream parlors and even a casino (Monte Gordo). There are plenty of opportunities for sporting activities, including 8 golf courses, tennis, swimming, sailing, surfing, horse riding, hiking and much more.

Luxe "thuis"!
Prachtig, luxe huis met een heerlijk zwembad!! We hebben genoten van de rust en de vele plekjes zowel binnen als buiten waar je heerlijk een glas wijn kan nuttigen. Huis was heel schoon en ruimtes leuk ingericht.
