Archidona
Archidona is a charming village in the northeast of the province of Malaga; the heart of olive country. The old town was declared a historical heritage in 1980, partly because of its architectural barroco. The village is known for: the reserve of the lagoons of Archidona and La hoz de Marín. It is highly recommended to visit Plaza Ochavada, an eight-sided square, accessible through high, decorated arched gates.
