The dining table is located in the the spacious, open-plan living area and seats ten guests, while a plush modern sofa and generous flat-screen TV invite moments of relaxation and entertainment. An additional dining area, equipped with high chairs, integrates seamlessly with the living space. Adjacent to the living room, the newly renovated kitchen features modern appliances, which flows seamlessly to the terrace and pool area and provides the perfect backdrop for al fresco dining.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, while a second, complete bathroom with shower serves as a guest toilet. To the left of the main entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor, where two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, which share a bathroom, provide ample sleeping accommodations for longer family holidays or group getaways. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, Villa Lourdes ensures that every guest enjoys ultimate privacy and comfort.

Adjacent to the sparkling swimming pool, a generous terrace provides ample seating, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Of course there are enough sunbeds for everyone.
