Villa Viña

Villa Viña is a 200 year old home that has been carefully renovated in the winter of 2019-2020 to modernize it, while still keeping the character of the old local architecture. The improvements that turned this property into the beautiful holiday home it is today, are the new interior floors, the addition of a fourth bathroom and the extension and renovation of the pool terrace. Also worth mentioning are the installation of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, renovation of all bathrooms, a new fitted kitchen, new tiled floors and the installation of modern lighting throughout the house.

From the main entrance of the house there is access to a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful vaulted arch. From this room you have access to the kitchen, the part of the house that has been preserved in the authentic style that the farm had in earlier times. This room is now equipped with a small breakfast room, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms.

To the left of the entrance is the staircase that leads to the upper floor where you will find the main lounge with a large sofa and chaise longue, where you can enjoy a good movie or your favorite series on the beautiful 65-inch television. The smart TV is equipped with a wireless internet connection so you can enjoy your Amazon Prime, Netflix or other streaming accounts. Upstairs you will also find the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite), as well as a terrace from which the view extends into the distance.

Outside, the floors have also been completely renewed. There is a beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as two covered terraces. One of these terraces is the barbecue & outdoor terrace. The second covered terrace has an American pool table where you can spend a pleasant time with friends or family. The pool is 11 x 5 meters in size, and the pool area also has many comfortable sun loungers and a so-called daybed.

Surroundings of Villa Viña

This house is located halfway up a secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and Port of Pollensa. From this convenient location you have very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença (known for its beautiful coastline, beaches and its great diversity of shops and restaurants), as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollensa where you will find a wide cultural and gastronomic offer. The beaches of Cala San Vicente, 10 minutes by car, are well worth a visit, and of course the impressive Tramuntana Mountains. From the port of Alcúdia, about 20 minutes by car, you can get on the boat for a day trip to Barcelona. It is worth noting that the area in which this villa is located is ideal for exploring both on foot and by bicycle, as there are several traditional roads with little traffic. By bike, you can reach the town of Pollensa or Puerto Pollensa in about 10 minutes.
