Studio Sevilla has recently been renovated in a very modern style and has a spacious balcony with beautiful views of the Bay of Pollensa and the beach. This is the ideal studio in Mallorca for a beach holiday for two.

Upon entering the apartment there is a living-dining room and an open kitchen. To the left there is a small bathroom with shower room and an open plan bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. Air conditioning is also available in the dining room, as well as satellite TV.
The property also has a balcony with a table and chairs for two people. The view there, over the bay, is fantastic. The apartment also has a roof terrace with sun loungers that is accessible via an external staircase. This terrace has two sun loungers where you can enjoy the beautiful view.
The apartment is located just a few meters away from the beach and just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Puerto Pollensa, La Gola Natural Park and a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Finally, we may point out that the apartment has its own parking space.
