Yes, you can take an option on a house for the same period. We can keep the option in the system for you for a maximum of 3 days. To do this, check the “option” box in the reservation form. Once the option has been confirmed by the owner (within 48 hours), we will email you. You can then let us know by email whether you want to make a definitive booking.
Fill in the reservation form again for the second, third, etc. house that you want to book. All your personal data, data of co-tenants, etc. will automatically be visible; you do not have to fill this in again. We will only charge the reservation costs once in total. You can also make 1 reservation and ask us to arrange the other bookings for you.
We work with ‘all-inclusive prices’ as much as possible. In addition to the rental amount stated on the website, you also pay a reservation fee of 15 euros. We use this amount in full to offset the CO2 emissions associated with renting a holiday home. You can choose to take out cancellation insurance yourself. In some cases there are additional costs for, for example, the use of air conditioning, etc. This is always clearly indicated on the website in the description of the homes. These costs are usually paid at the holiday home.
The use of sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels is included. The use of water, gas and electricity is also included, unless otherwise stated in the description on the website. For the use of wood for the fireplace and/or wood burner, you generally pay a fee to the owner or contact person (depending on consumption).
Unless otherwise stated, bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. This can be deviated from in consultation with the owner. We will let you know as soon as possible if deviations are possible.
After you have sent the booking form, you will automatically receive a confirmation of your booking request by e-mail. Once your booking has been confirmed by the owner, we will send you the booking confirmation/invoice via email. After payment, you will also receive the voucher with all the necessary information by e-mail .
Absolutely! The prices shown on our website are based on weekly rental. If you want to book less than a week, the price will be adjusted pro rata. If a house has a minimum stay of 7 nights, this is clearly stated in the description of the holiday home.
Life is largely back to normal in Spain. There are places where a face mask must still be worn, such as nursing homes and hospitals.
