There is an open plan living room, which overlooks the garden and flows into a handmade and fully equipped open plan kitchen. The house has a wonderfully sunny, spacious south-facing terrace with plenty of privacy and a private swimming pool overlooking an orchard with fruit trees. The house, suitable for 4 people, offers plenty of privacy and tranquility plus a high level of finishing. The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the covered veranda on the long side of this holiday home in Portugal.
All rooms have air conditioning and there is underfloor heating. Partly because of this, Quinta Nespera is also very suitable for rental in the winter months, which can be very beautiful in the Algarve.

This detached house with private swimming pool is located in the countryside of the Algarve, in Estrela Montes, near the picturesque Boliqueime. The rural location on the south, between vast fields full of almond, carob, orange and olive trees, but with the airport, interesting towns, villages and beautiful beaches within a 15 to 30 minute drive, offers peace and tranquility.
Faro airport is a 30 minute drive away. A 40-minute drive away is the Ria Formosa nature reserve, a 60 km long lagoon with a maze of islands, white beaches and dunes with native plants and wildlife. You can not only take beautiful walks here, but also spot various animals or take a bike ride. In addition, there are spectacular beaches and bays along the coast where you can often enjoy the view all by yourself.

Geweldig!
Prachtige villa, van alle gemakken voorzien. Dit was onze 1e vakantie met onze baby en we zouden ons geen fijnere plek kunnen wensen. Er was een opgemaakt babybedje, een babybadje, kinderstoel. Kortom geweldig!
