This completely renovated holiday villa Dos Terraços with a contemporary, modern style is located on a hill in front of the pleasant fishing village of Carvoeiro, 2 kilometers from the beach and the center of Carvoeiro. A beautiful combination of Portuguese character with a luxurious appearance and modern comfort (air conditioning, Apple TV, Sonos installation, …).
The views of the blue ocean from the south facing front terrace and the surrounding rolling hills are panoramic. Lots of greenery for hikes. To the north there is a view of the Monchique Mountains.
Description of this Portuguese holiday villa
The villa is located on 6000m2 of private land. A remote-controlled automatic gate provides access to the property. On both sides of the driveway are lawns and olive and fruit trees. The driveway leads around the house, where you can park several cars.
The kitchen has a special L-shape and large “buffet windows” that open up to the patio in the center of the villa. The patio is literally the heart of the villa with a large, wooden dining table that seats 12 people. The patio has a beautifully inlaid Portuguese tiled floor and fixed BBQ. French doors in the kitchen open onto a cozy terrace and give a view of the large private pool terrace. The swimming pool (6x10m) has a jet stream, springboard and fountains that light up at night. There is a pool house with shower and toilet.
The bright living room with a cozy closed fireplace has a wonderfully spacious terrace on the south-facing front with a panoramic view of the beautiful green surroundings, the village and the ocean, and forms one whole with the pool terrace through a fully opening sliding door. A staircase to the roof terrace with a distant and majestic view.
Downstairs is a separate guest apartment with private terrace. There are spacious cupboards, a rotating television set-up, milk glass partitions to the luxurious bathroom and sufficient space to sleep and sit. This fantastic villa has grandeur as-well as an intimate vibe. A nice extra for the children is the Moroccan safari play tent.
The location of the holiday villa is very attractive: within walking distance (2 kilometers) of Carvoeiro with its multitude of cozy restaurants and cafes, in the immediate vicinity of several large supermarkets and within a 10-minute drive from a variety of golf courses and beautiful shopping centers. You can drive to Faro airport within 45 minutes. The beaches in this area are the most beautiful in the Algarve.
Remarks
- The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of which is a separate guest apartment with its own bathroom that can accommodate 4 guests (large double bed and a very good quality sofa bed). The price is based on a maximum of 6 people, with the guesthouse remaining closed. You will then use the 3 bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms. The guesthouse is not rented separately, so you are assured of the private use of the villa with the swimming pool and garden. When booking with 7 to 10 people, you rent incl. use of the guesthouse.
- The owners rquest a security deposit of € 750.
