Casa Silves is a very special and luxurious casa that is beautifully situated on the river Arade in the immediate vicinity of Silves. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences and decorated with great taste.
The holiday home has a jacuzzi and a large swimming pool with wooden decking and a beautiful view of the river. This villa, newly built in 2011, is situated on a large plot in the unspoilt rural area of the Arrochella region.
Description of Casa Silves
The villa is surrounded by terraces on different levels that are reached by steps. There is a wheelchair ramp at the entrance. The house has a beautiful veranda with various lounge sofas, sun loungers and a large dining table. A super spot for a drink with a view of the river. Here we also find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. On a lower level is the swimming pool (8×4) with wooden decking and various sun-beds. The view of the river and the hills is amazing!
The furnishings are very luxurious and tasteful. The living room has large windows and patio doors to the covered terrace. The seating area has large comfortable sofas, a wood burner and a flat screen TV. There is a square dining table suitable for eight people. The sturdy open kitchen of scaffolding wood has a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel built-in refrigerator, large five-burner hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.
There are a total of four bedrooms with en suite bathroom and air conditioning. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which is suitable for guests who use a wheelchair. One of the other two bedrooms (with bathrooms with walk-in showers) has a loft, where two extra guests can sleep in consultation and at an additional cost. On the top floor we find the master bedroom with luxurious bathroom. This room offers access to a beautiful roof terrace with a magnificent view of the river. The villa is equipped with a wireless internet connection. Washing machine and dryer are available.
Surroundings of Casa Silves
Silves is the nearest town, three kilometers away. Here you will find, among other things, the remains of a beautiful castle, a covered market hall, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Silves is a picturesque historic village in sun-drenched Algarve, Portugal. Silves offers a nice mix between culture, the pleasant city life and the ultimate tranquility of a village. Its location makes it the ideal base to further explore the Algarve. The area is home to many golf courses for golf enthusiasts. It is also a great place to be for the surfers among us. Several beaches within a 15 – 20 minute drive.

Cot and highchair upon request.
The villa is cleaned twice a week and bed linen is changed weekly; the towels twice a week.
The owners request a security deposit of € 500.

Sterk aanbevolen!
We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad in de villa. Prachtig huis met een adembenemend uitzicht op de rivier de Arade. Verschillende aangename terrassen en prachtig zwembad. Ik zou het sterk aanbevelen.
