In what is secretly perhaps the most beautiful spot in the region, Quinta Canine is located, which has all the advantages you would expect from an ideal holiday home. Suitable for spending winter as well as for a summer holiday. It offers the tranquility of the country and yet is within walking distance of the beautiful town of Silves.
Description of the quinta
Quinta Canine (elderberry) is halfway up a green hill on three hectares of private land. It is reached via a driveway lined with olive trees, which is attractively lit at night. The site offers complete privacy. Thanks to the tastefully decorated garden with rocks and authentic plants, you will feel like you are in an El Dorado. You overlook a small orange plantation, where you can pick your own oranges in season.
There is a spacious terrace with panoramic views and an outdoor kitchen; a swimming pool (8 x 4 meters); a Jacuzzi; a teak lounge deck with sun beds and a mega lounge bed; an outdoor shower, large lawn and a children’s play area, including a trampoline. Quinta Canine has two spacious and luxurious bedrooms with air conditioning and patio doors to the terrace. There are also two bathrooms with underfloor heating, toilet, shower and double sinks. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the terrace and the outdoor kitchen. The living room, with cozy seating area and fireplace, is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, radio and free WiFi connection. Quinta Canine is a former farmhouse with thick walls. The renovation has been carried out with respect for the authentic architectural style, to which contemporary elements have been added.
Surroundings of Quinta Canine
Silves is a picturesque historic village in sun-drenched Algarve, Portugal. Silves offers a nice mix between culture, the pleasant city life and the ultimate tranquility of a village. Its location makes it the ideal base to further explore the Algarve. The area also has many golf courses. It is also a great place to be for the surfers among us. Several beaches within a 15 – 20 minute drive. The location is also suitable for hikers because of the quiet, hilly area, where you can walk for hours.

The owners request a security deposit of € 300.

Het is echt geweldig, ondanks de hitte.
Alles op en top. Zwembad, jacuzzi, koeling, zitplekken, ligplekken, diverse schaduwplekken, prachtige tuin met top gras, keukenuitrusting. Je hoeft echt niet naar het strand. (Kleine verbeteringen, met de nadruk op klein: wifi extenders, zeepjes in de badkamer, schaduwdoek/parasol boven jacuzzi).
