Already enjoying the idea of lunch on the shady veranda of Finca Orxeta in the middle of the beautiful landscape near Relleu, with a view of the majestic Puig Campana beyond the pool and in front of the house the spectacular valley with olive and almond trees. It is good to stay here for a few weeks in any season, because the finca has central heating and hospitable owners who, if desired, can also provide catering for meals or can do the shopping for you in case of late arrival. You are assured of peace, privacy and nature here and you will find the necessary cooling in your chlorine-free private pool.
Description of holiday home Finca Orxeta
The 120-year-old finca has been skilfully restored, preserving the characteristic details: the natural stone walls known for this region and a very spacious veranda with large dining table, sunbeds and seating where you will most likely spend most of your time during your holiday. The finca also has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with large patio doors to the terrace, a bedroom on the ground floor and the other bedrooms and the two bathrooms can be reached via a loft. Of course there is free WIFI available! Mansion Orxeta, located on the same estate, is also available for large groups of up to 16 people.
Surroundings Finca Orxeta
Located between the villages of Orxeta and Relleu. The latter village is about 10 minutes by car and here you will find a supermarket, restaurants, internet cafe, bars, terraces and bank offices. The nearest beach of Villajoyosa is about 25 minutes by car. You can make hiking trips directly from the house. The owners are happy to give you tips!
Layout of this holiday finca
Ground floor: veranda with barbecue, dining and lounge area, separate toilet accessible via veranda, sun terraces, dining kitchen, living room with wood burner. Bedroom with two single beds.
1st floor: via a spiral staircase you reach the loft with sofa and library, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, bedroom with double bed with adjoining spacious bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and patio doors to terrace.
Remarks
• Electricity and gas costs are not included in the price and will be settled according to consumption before departure.
• Swimming pool is1,5 m deep and chlorine-free
• Non-smoking home.
• Arrival – departure: from May to October only from Saturday to Saturday.
• The nearest airport is Alicante (ALC) about an hour away.
• A deposit of € 200 must be paid on arrival, which will be returned on the day of departure, if the house has been left in good order, minus the electricity and heating costs used.

We voelden ons heel welkom.
Hartelijke ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Prachtig gelegen huis met een mooi uitzicht op het dal en een fijn zwembad.
Heel goed!
We konden makkelijk afspreken met de eigenaar. Het huis was keurig in orde, er stond een flesje wijn en een stuk taart te wachten. Top dus.

Comfortabel en gezellig ingericht. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Heerlijke bank in de woonkamer. Erg sfeervolle keuken, de gootsteen is geweldig. Heerlijk geslapen, overal horren en luiken aanwezig. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen, lekkere hapjes in de koelkast!
Top huis!
Zeer verzorgd mooi huis met alle faciliteiten. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Rustige prachtige bergachtige omgeving met stad binnen handbereik. Verder was ontvangst zeer goed met koud biertje en wijntje, Ook cateringservice zeer goed en vriendelijk. Kortom een top huis!
