Grand country house, newly built but in old style with wooden beams, tiles and stone walls typical of the region near Relleu. Beautifully situated with a view over the valley with almond and olive groves, this is the ideal location to stay with family or friends and relax completely: peace and privacy are guaranteed.
Description of Mansion Orxeta
The house has a stately and tasteful interior. Large living room with fireplace, which, in combination with the central heating and good insulation, makes the holiday home also suitable for staying in the winter or celebrating Christmas or New Year with friends and family. Groups of up to 16 people can also rent Finca Orxeta, located on the same estate. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two of which are en suite) are located on the 1st floor and the rooms are large enough to add two beds for the 9th and 10th person. The spacious kitchen has all the facilities you could wish for. Patio doors lead to the covered terrace from where you have a beautiful view over the pool and the valley. WiFi is available for free.
Location and immediate vicinity of Mansion Orxeta
Located between the villages of Orxeta and Relleu. About 10 minutes by car from the village of Relleu, here you will find several restaurants, bars, terraces, banks and supermarket. The nearest beach is at Villajoyosa, approx. 25 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes can be made directly from the house. The owners can provide you with all the information about this and can also provide meals for you if you don’t feel like cooking.

Ground floor: entrance hall with separate toilet, living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen.
1st floor: three bedrooms with two single beds, two with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. One bedroom with double bed. Additional bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Remarks
• Electricity and gas costs are not included in the price and will be settled according to consumption before departure.
• A deposit of € 300 must be paid on arrival, which will be returned to you on the day of departure, if the house has been left in good order, minus the electricity and gas costs used.
• Swimming pool 1.60m deep.
• Non-smoking home.
• The nearest airport is Alicante (ALC) about an hour away.

Prachtig!
Het huis is prachtig en in een mooie omgeving gelegen. Laatste 600 meter van toegangspad door regenval niet echt fijn. De ontvangst was prima, er stond een heerlijk flesje wijn op tafel en een eigen gebakken dadeltaart die heel lekker was.
Prachtig, ruim huis.
Landelijk/rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht over de vallei en de bergen erachter. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime slaapkamers, mooi ingericht. De keuken is een plaatje.
