Finca Las Aceitunas beautifully combines the style of the old finca with modern design and comfort. The finca is completely detached in the beautiful hilly landscape between Ronda and Setenil de Las Bodegas. In the area a pleasant change of view olive groves to fields where grain or sunflowers are grown. Finca Las Aceitunas has a large olive grove that starts directly behind the house. This is really a place for those seeking tranquility and nature lovers.
Description of this holiday home in Andalusia
From the terraces around the house you have beautiful views of the valley. Next to the house is a terrace with a 12 meter long swimming pool. Here is also a cottage with extra toilet, shower and utility room. The finca has been renovated with great taste by the Dutch owner. The large kitchen is a nice space for long after dinner. Patio doors give access to the pool terrace. In front of the house is a large terrace that can be completely closed off, where small children can safely play outside. The large fig tree in front of the house is also a wonderful place to eat outside in warm weather or to laze in the hammock. Marion, the owner, lives a few minutes drive from the finca. She is a good hostess, and will lovingly prepare a paella for you during your stay. A few times a week she comes to maintain the pool and will be happy to give you tips on trips, restaurants, etc.

Surroundings Finca Las Aceitunas
Seven kilometers from the house is the beautiful village of Setenil de las Bodegas. It is a lovely pueblo blanco where the houses and bars are carved into the rock. There are several good tapas bars in the village. Ronda with its many sights can be reached within half an hour by car. Several natural parks are easily accessible from the finca: Sierra de Grazalema, Sierra de las Nieves, etc. The holiday home is also centrally located in relation to the cities of Granada, Cordoba and Seville.

Ground floor: lounge area by the wood burner, patio doors to terrace. Spacious kitchen with dining table, patio doors to terrace with swimming pool. Bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
First floor: bedroom with 1 double bed and private bathroom with toilet, sink and small bath. Patio doors to terrace. Intermediate space with sofa bed, suitable for 2 children.
Remarks
- Only for rent from a full week.
- The owner will lovingly prepare a paella for you during your stay!
- Pets are welcome free of charge at Finca las Aceitunas.
- The pool is 12 x 5m.
- The last kilometer to the finca is a well-maintained country road with some bumps here and there.
- In the low season, electricity is charged according to consumption.
- Nearest airport is Malaga (AGP) 1.5 hours drive. Seville (SVQ) is 1 hour and 45 minutes by car.

Fijne, rustige omgeving
Het huisje ligt op een afgelegen locatie en biedt daardoor een fijne rustige omgeving met fraai uitzicht. Het naburige Setenil is zeer de moeite waard en ook andere naburige dorpen El Gastor, Zahara en Olvera bieden een leuke inkijk in het spaanse plattelandsleven. Ronda is uniek. De omliggende boomgaarden met olijfbomen en wijdse uitzichten zijn fantastisch. Het huisje is zeer goed uitgerust met alle comfort, smaakvol ingericht en biedt een royaal zwembad. We zijn allerhartelijkst ontvangen en tussendoor nog verwend met een heerlijke meloen, verse eieren en een fles cava.
Andalusië, Spanje is weer uitermate goed bevallen
Huisje kent een mooie ligging met een heel fraai uitzicht over de omgeving. App-contact voorafgaand aan de aankomst evenals de ontvangst waren allerhartelijkst. Keurig, netjes, overzichtelijk, smaakvol en doeltreffend. Mogelijk maken we een volgende keer weer van het aanbod van La Taha gebruik.
Het huis was perfekt
Mooi ingericht en perfecte ligging met een geweldig uitzicht. Het ontvangst was fantastisch (nog nooit zo goed ontvangen geweest).
Zeer attente gastvrouw.
Je mag haar steeds om tips/raad vragen. Het huis is zeer mooi, gezellig ingericht. Voldoende handdoeken en huisraad aanwezig. Heel rustig gelegen, mooie terrassen. Het zwembad is mooi en goed onderhouden. Het huis is zeer goed onderhouden, alles was heel schoon.
Huis: uitstekend
Omgeving: ook prima, ontvangst: prima adequaat. Zwembad: fantastisch. Verlichting in de huiskamer is onvoldoende om ‘s avonds goed bij te kunnen lezen. Maar dat was het enige.
Het was wederom een super vakantie.
Huis prima op orde van alles voorzien. Leuk ontvangst. Omgeving mooi. Weg ernaartoe iets minder…

Prachtig huis, alle voorzieningen aanwezig (wasmachine, zwembad,…). Goed uitgeruste keuken.
