Casa Aya is a very complete and recently restored village house in the center of Ojén. A town that is located in the mountains, just north of Marbella. Casa Aya is built against the mountain, which is clearly visible in the house. Surprisingly, the village has not yet been affected by tourism, while the beach is only a ten-minute drive away. Your daily life takes place between your Spanish neighbours. The village square with its terraces and restaurants is just around the corner. Just like the hotel, which has a swimming pool you are invited to use, less than a minute’s walk away.
Layout Casa Aya
The house consists of three floors and a large roof terrace.
In the seating area there is a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed of 1.40m wide if desired. The television offers a wide range of international channels. The ground floor houses a living room followed by an open kitchen, of course including all appliances, crockery and cooking utensils.
Next to the kitchen is the passage to upstairs, via the staircase covered with Spanish tiles, which runs along the carved-out mountain wall. This is how you reach the first floor. The first bedroom is located on this floor, with a double bed and a view of the white village. There is also another room on this floor with two single beds, which can be placed together if necessary. On the landing there is another bed for one person, and a luxurious bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
On the second floor there is a pantry with sink and induction hob. Here you can prepare dishes to enjoy on the roof terrace, there is also a small fridge here.
Through the pantry we reach the third bedroom, with its own luxurious bathroom. This bathroom is also equipped with a toilet. Through the bedroom you enter the huge roof terrace. This beautiful terrace with large dining table and lounge set has a fantastic view of the village, Marbella, the sea and with good weather even as far as Morocco.
Immediate vicinity
Ojén is one of the white villages in the Sierra de las Nieves from where you can take beautiful hikes in unspoilt nature. Because the mountains rise up directly from the Costa del Sol, it all looks very impressive. Because of the rough, hilly terrain, only a small part has been cultivated, this means that the area can be admired in all its beauty and untouched nature.
Remarks
• You can use of the heated and covered hotel swimming pool nearby (from 1/4 to 1/12).
• Maximum number of guests 4 adults and 2 children.
• The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP), about an hour away.
