Located on the top of a hill above the road to Alcudia, this holiday villa has a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool and a lawned garden, lined by trees for shade, wonderful panoramic views of the sea and bay from the garden and the upstairs bedrooms. Enchanting and immaculate, this home is highly recommended.

The holiday villa has two floors. From the shaded veranda doors lead into a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD players and then into a modern fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two twin bedrooms with a full bathroom downstairs, while upstairs is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and lovely views of the bay. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the villa also offers free internet (Wi-Fi). The barbecue is located at the rear of the villa. The lovely swimming pool (9m x 5m, depth 1.1m to 2.1m, with steps) in the beautiful garden completes the picture.

This very well equipped villa is centrally located, adjacent to the main road connecting Alcudia to Pollensa and Sa Pobla. A very good holiday home in the Pollensa/Alcudia area, ideal for a family or group of friends who want to be close to the beaches, nightlife and attractions of Puerto Alcudia, whilst the historic old town of Alcudia and the Bay of Pollensa are both only 3 kilometers from the holiday home.

Niets stelde me teleur.
Mooi huis, de gastheer was heel responsive. Het was een last-minute oplossing, ik ben dat ik deze woningen gevonden heb.
