Casa Christalinas is a modern villa, spread over two levels. The holiday home is located near the sea and has a modern design. It is very well located, just 325 meters from the sandy coves of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, ideal for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts.

Via a staircase you reach the main entrance, under the covered terrace at the front, which gives access to the central hall.
To the left of the hallway there is a large dining room with nice furniture. Next to the dining room there is a bright and spacious living room with large glass panels that offer a nice view of the sea in the distance. The living room has three large comfortable sofas, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and satellite with ao. English channels. To the other side of the dining room there is a modern fitted kitchen, very fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a glass table with leather chairs that you can use for example during breakfast. The kitchen has direct access to the pool and terraces, as well as air conditioning.
To the right of the hallway is the access to the sleeping area. There is also a separate toilet here. The bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed on the lower floor of the house, and also one with two single beds and a double bed on the upper floor of the house. All bedrooms have their own modern bathroom (one with a bathtub and the rest have a shower.
All rooms in the house have air conditioning/heating, so you can enjoy your stay in summer as well as early spring or autumn holidays. Outside you will find a large swimming pool and outdoor shower, a sun terrace with plenty of sunbeds and another terrace under a pergola with outdoor furniture. The elegant mosaic pool with crystal clear water has a Roman staircase and is surrounded by a cobbled stone terrace, which is beautifully lit at night.
Immediate surroundings of the holiday home
This villa is ideal for a family holiday. The property is located in the heart of the residential area of Cala San Vicente, close to beaches and various amenities of the area, which is a quiet and relaxing resort in a beautiful setting. Restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance.

2e bezoek aan deze villa en het is de grote favoriet van ons gezin
Geweldige locatie met bushalte direct voor de deur voor uitstapjes naar andere steden. Ruime villa met grote slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Buitenruimte ook fantastisch. Nieuwe ligstoelen en parasols, heerlijk. Midweek schoonmaakservice is ook heel fijn.
Wij vonden het erg leuk!
