Can Rico is a typical and beautiful Mallorcan holiday home located on a quiet street in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The house has a large stone terrace furnished with a large dining table and chairs. There is a large swimming pool with Roman steps surrounded by a beautiful garden with grass and Mediterranean plants.
Description of the holiday villa
The villa is spread over two floors. There is a large kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, a breakfast table with chairs. Large sliding doors give access to the covered terrace. The large living-dining room also has patio doors leading to the shaded terrace at the front.
The house also has 4 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an en suite bathroom with corner bath. In the ‘attic’ there is another bedroom with two single beds. In addition to the ensuite, the villa has two more, very spacious bathrooms. The outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ completes the villa. The beautiful swimming pool is no less than 9 by 5 meters.
Surroundings of Can Rico
The villa is located in a quiet, rural area at the end of a country road, surrounded by other similar villas. This is one of the most privileged areas of Mallorca. It is a very short drive (about 3 kilometers) to Pollensa (a beautiful historic town with a very authentic character, an unbeatable offer of cultural and leisure experiences, and typical Mediterranean architecture). The beaches of Pollensa Bay are also very close (4 kilometers), where you will find a beautiful boulevard, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and cozy bars. Perfect holiday!
