This holiday rental has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday – a large private pool and stunning mountain scenery, plus a fantastic rural setting just outside Pollensa’s old town. This impressive 4 bedroom holiday home has air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi. It has a fantastic outdoor space, including a large covered BBQ and dining area. The pool is no less than 13 x 6 meters. What a wonderful holiday home!
Layout of the holiday home
The driveway is gated and leads to a spacious private parking area. The main entrance is on the side of the house, by the private pool. The spacious, open-plan lounge and dining area is decorated in a traditional style, with exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and a decorative wood-burning stove. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, while the dining area has a large table and chairs for 8 people next to the fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to a landing overlooking the living room, where you will find a second seating area on the mezzanine and a terrace with mountain views. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. An additional twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a separate bathroom are located on the first floor. This double room also has a private terrace overlooking the pool and olive groves.
The last bedroom is accessed from the pool terrace. This bedroom has a small seating area. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the vacation rental has air conditioning from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Immediate surroundings of Casa Benna
The town, about five kilometers away, has a number of authentic Spanish restaurants and nice shops. Within a short drive you will find a choice of great beaches, both Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are closeby. Are you looking for a lovely holiday home? Be welcome at Casa Benna!

Prachtige villa, geweldige locatie en een heerlijke vakantie.
Eventuele vragen werden snel afgehandeld door de contactpersoon en we konden gewoon ontspannen. Zwembad was geweldig en de villa zelf was schoon en goed ingericht. Ik zou graag de optie hebben gehad om het zwembad te verwarmen, maar het weer was geweldig, dus ging ik veel de zee in. Heerlijke familievakantie op een geweldige locatie!!
Deze villa was een geweldige vondst
Gelegen op een prachtig terrein; het huis, het zwembad en de buitenruimte waren gewoon perfect voor onze behoeften. Als je hier langer dan 3-4 dagen blijft, heb je wel al je eigen benodigdheden nodig, aangezien het aanbod zeer beperkt was, denk aan: toiletrollen, olie, thee en suiker. Er is een zeer vriendelijke lokale kat die elke dag hallo kwam zeggen!
